TESTIMONIALS

From an e-mail enquiry

Dear Sir,
I was very impressed upon hearing about your selenium bread, however I am very disappointed to see it is
only available in white bread. For a very long time we as a family have been eating brown bread as a
matter of course as I believed it to be the best. I have always been very interested in Selenium as several
years ago I used to breed and show pedigree goats, one Spring a nanny produced four anglo nubian kids,
absolutely beautiful they were and immediately they went off their legs, the vet diagnosed lack of selenium and
immediately injected them with a supplement, very quickly they recovered their prancing, and dancing manner,
the vet said it was lack of selenium in their mothers hay supply. Is there any chance you will be
able to manufacture brown bread from wheat grown on similar treated land?
I will look forward to your reply, thanks for your help in this matter.
Kindest regards, Mrs K

Dear Mrs K,
Your message was very welcome, we have now changed the bread to Wholemeal and it is now
available at Waitrose, please do try it, all the support we can get is a help when trying to get a new
product off the ground. Just 89p/800g, it is lower GI, and lower salt but still uses our wheat grown under
contract with farmers who follow strict agronomy rules and add the selenium into the soil.
Kind regards, Annabel
(Nutrilaw)
